What investors know about me before calling me with a project

what investors normally know about me (from the web) before calling me with a project proposal.

They know that i was born in Europe and now live as expat in Cartagena Colombia.
They know that i have worked decades as industry manager.
They know that i have built 2 big submarines (and a small one) in concrete (http://concretesubmarine.com)
They have visited my building method page
They know that my proposals go far beyond building of submarines and accept that building submarines is the by far most advanced application of floating concrete they have ever heard of - so they assume that any of the “other proposals” is just a “less stringent building case” for me. Easy to pull of.
They know that i do ship repair and can manage big building sites ( 200 workers ).
They know that i run industrial portal networks with global reach and strong marketing value.
The cost range of my floating real estate projects is between USD 20 and USD 800 per real estate square meter delivered and i tested this out in a dozend pilot projects in Cartagena.
I am currently building up the Cartagena Marine Cluster implementing parts of the proposal list
I am well connected in the Cartagena marine industry and manage a powerfull network.
